Brad Zimmer

Area Director | Central Coast

Brad has been on staff with FCA since September 2021. Born and raised on the Central Coast, Brad was a multi-sport athlete in high school before attending college at Point Loma where he graduated with a degree in Business and Nonprofit Administration.

Through the influence of mentors and a variety of international experiences, he developed a heart for ministry and serving others.
Brad's favorite part about working for FCA is discipling young men, being able to coach basketball, and all the free pizza.

He and his wife, Sam, have a 3 year old daughter named Grace, and a 2 year old son named Wade. In his free time, Brad loves to run, mountain bike, and try new coffee shops with his wife.

Maria Roberts

Area Representative | North SLO County

Maria first started volunteering with FCA while she was a youth leader with a local church where she led small Bible study groups and discipled young ladies.

She grew her roots on the Central Coast when she attended Cal Poly SLO and graduated as a Biological Science Major with a concentration in Marine Biology. Her involvement with collegiate ministries and mission conferences changed the trajectory of her career and life. A heart to disciple the young generation and desire to serve the church lead her to local, international and overseas ministries.

Maria loves a good book, deep conversations, a hike on a beautiful day, and her latest joy playing disc golf. She loves being a mom and enjoys doing life with her young adult children Jahleel and Hallei.

He is attending Masters University online and getting his bachelor's degree in biblical studies. He is also an Assistant Coach for Templeton football. Landen is most passionate about discipling young men just as he was discipled by his football coach.

One of his favorite verses is Revelation 1:17-18: "Don’t be afraid. I am the First and the Last, and the Living One. I was dead, but look-I am alive forever and ever, and I hold the keys of death and Hades.”

Chris Sapey

Prospective Area Rep | North SB County

Chris was born and raised in England before moving to Santa Maria in 2022 to pursue his dream of playing football. Along the way, he faced and overcame many obstacles that shaped his faith and character. During his time at Allan Hancock College, Chris competed in both football and track while also leading his campus FCA Huddle.

Although Chris was raised in a Christian household, he didn’t fully surrender his life to Christ until he was 18 years old. Since then, his life has been radically changed, and his desire to know and follow Jesus continues to grow.

Chris graduated in 2025 with an Associate of Arts degree in Recreation Management. During his time in America, he has been involved in several ministries, including First Christian Church High School and First Christian Church Young Adults, which have deeply impacted his walk with Christ. His love for Jesus and passion for sports ultimately led him to FCA. His favorite part of FCA is seeing students grow in their faith, playing games together, and of course — the pizza.

Chris recently married his wife, Dani, and they have a dog named Daisy. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports, trying new food spots with his wife and friends, golfing, and fishing.

Natalie Aguilar

Prospective Ambassador

Natalie, born and raised in Lompoc, is a recent Lompoc High School graduate where she lettered in three sports. In addition to FCA, she is a college student and also on staff at Lompoc Foursquare church. Natalie has a passion for sharing her love for sports and Jesus with coaches and athletes!

Favorite verse is Philippians 4:6
“Do not worry about anything instead pray for everything, tell God what you need and thank him for what he has done”
God is in control of everything so we do not need to worry! Praise him and give him thanks in the good times and in the bad times!
