Drop off will be between 9-10:30AM in the parking lot next to Page Hall.
Pick up will be between 11:AM-12 PM at Page Hall.
Athletes will eat 3 amazing meals (all you can eat) in the Westmont Dining Commons. There will be a morning and afternoon practice (2.5 hours each), and they will have a morning and evening huddle connect time with their group. Our evening program will be held each night, with a great mix of worship, games, testimonies, and a message from our camp speaker.
Yes. We will do our best to honor all requests, but cannot guarantee them. For athletes wanting to room together, they must be signed up for the same sport. It's important that they show up and check-in together, and specify upon registering that they would like to be in the same huddle and room together. Please contact us prior to camp with any requests using the information below.
They will be staying in dorms with 3 beds each. Additionally, athletes will be a part of a “huddle” for the week that consists of 6-10 athletes (most likely 8) from the same sport.
Most food allergies can be accommodated at the dining commons. If you have a very specific severe allergy we need to be aware of, please let us know directly using the contact information below.
